How to Receive Your NJ Home Buyer Rebate:

1. Sign an exclusive buyers agency agreement.

2.
Start your property search on your local MLS website or Realtor.com. Once you've located a property you're interested in, contact the agent assigned to you to schedule a viewing.

3. If you decide to purchase a property shown to you, a Purchase Agreement will be prepared and the offer will be presented to the seller's agent.

4. If the offer is accepted, you will recieve a rebate check at closing in the form of a credit or rebate check. It's that simple!

Home Buyer Rebate Terms and Conditions

Eligibility for rebate requires a signed Buyers Agency Agreement provided by us or an Affiliated Broker at initial contact spelling out the terms of the rebate and the agency relationship to the property buyer. All parties involved must be notified about the rebate. Property buyer must have a current, pre-qualification letter from a motgage lender prior to any showings. Home buyer should consult a tax professional concerning the implications of receiving the rebate. If your area is not covered we will attempt to find an affiliate broker who can assist you.
